Andrea brings over 20 years of mortgage lending experience to the Santa Cruz Home Finance team.  Andrea has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the industry from origination to the selling of loans on the secondary market.  Andrea has held her real estate license since 1990 and became licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 2006.  Her extensive knowledge of investor guidelines and requirements lends itself to a smooth and streamlined process.  Her extensive experience in FHA has proven to be a valuable tool in today's changing environment.  She has been an FHA Direct Endorsement underwriter since 1999.  Andrea has earned the reputation of first time buyer specialist.  She is very educated and up to date on all the first time buyer programs and incentives offered in the county. With her broad range of experience and industry knowledge, there is no doubt that working with her will prove to be a smooth and pleasant experience.

In her time off, Andrea enjoys spending time exploring many fascinating areas Santa Cruz County has to offer.  She truly enjoys the great outdoors.  You will also find Andrea out on the softball field just about any time of year.
