Andrea Schenk

Andrea brings over 20 years of mortgage lending experience to the Santa Cruz Home Finance team.  Andrea has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the industry from origination to the selling of loans on the secondary market.  Andrea has held her real estate license since 1990 and recently became licensed as a Real Estate Broker.  Her extensive knowledge of investor guidelines and requirements lends itself to a smooth and streamlined process.  Her extensive experience in FHA has proven to be a valuable tool in today's changing environment.  She has been an FHA Direct Endorsement underwriter since 1999.  With her broad range of experience and industry knowledge, there is no doubt that working with her will prove to be a smooth and pleasant experience.

Andrea lives in the Larkin Valley area with her husband and two children.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and horses.
